Laser Supplies remanufactured toner cartridges are unconditionally guarantee to perform to your complete satisfaction for a period of three years when used as directed. Laser Supplies will coordinate the return of a defective cartridge at our cost. All returned defective cartridges must include a copy of the defect. Laser Supplies will not be liable for printer malfunctions related to manufacturer’s defects, misuse or abuse by users.
O.E.M. cartridges are subject to the Original Manufacturers specifications and warranties.
Laser Supplies will accept returns of unused/unopened product for a full refund within 90 days of purchase without a restocking fee. Returns of unused/unopened product received after 90 days of purchase will be charged a restocking fee. Unused returns may be exchanged for like product up to 1 year from date of purchase.
